Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact prices.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging, along with all accompanying accessories, if possible. To exercise this right, you can contact us via support@galero-stockholm.com. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after your return has been reported, provided that the product has already been received in good condition.
